BR: Life Expectancy (Dean Koontz)

Amazon Link: Life Expectancy

I read this novel back in February, and am now writing this in June, almost July, so things are a bit hazy.

I enjoyed this novel. It was unexpected and smart. Everything had meaning, and the opening scene (though rather drawn out and seemingly irrelevant) proved necessary as the book played out.

I didn't guess the twist, though smarter readers maybe would, and DK's attention to detail with characters and environment ensured my satisfaction.

No especially memorable moments. Lots of food, and baking references, and metaphors. Don't read when on a diet. Other than that, just a great, fun read... with some interesting medical facts thrown in. It's always nice to broaden ones medical knowledge when reading fiction.
